The Islamabad High Court accepted the request to transfer the Nikah case against PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi to another court.
The High Court accepted the request of Judge Shahrukh Arjumand and transferred the case to the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majuka. The case will now be heard by Judge Afzal Majoka.
It should be noted that Bushra Bibi’s ex-husband Khawar Manika had objected to Judge Shahrukh Arjumand, after which the judge had written a letter to the Chief Justice Islamabad High Court to transfer the case to another court.
