ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb has said that joint effort is necessary to deal with steel industry problems.
Federal Minister of Finance and Revenue, Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb, while stressing the need for joint efforts between the government and the private sector to deal with the challenges faced by the steel industry, said that the government is committed to providing support for the promotion of local industries.
He said this in a meeting with representatives of Pakistan Association of Large Steel Producers, Pakistan Steel Melters Association, Pakistan Steel Rerolling Mills Association and Pakistan Steel Pipelines Association. Chairman FBR was also present on the occasion.
The delegation thanked the Finance Minister for providing a platform to express their concerns.
