Islamabad: 9 armed robbers broke into two houses in Golra police station area and escaped after looting 16 lakh rupees, jewelery and other goods.
According to the Islamabad police, after robbing a house, the robbers also broke into a neighboring house, and those who were hanged by the robbers are Afghan citizens.
The robbers locked the family in a room at gunpoint and looted 13.5 lakh rupees in cash, mobile phones and two motorcycles.
After the incident in the first house, the same bandits entered the neighboring house and in the second house also locked the family members in a room at gunpoint and robbed them.
From the second house, the robbers took away two and a half lakh rupees, 3 tons of jewelery and a motorcycle.
The police registered a case on the request of the victims.
