New York: Iran has called for an emergency meeting of the Security Council on Israeli actions in Lebanon and the entire region.
After the martyrdom of Hassan Nasrallah, the Iranian delegate to the United Nations, Amir Saeed Aravani, wrote a letter to fifteen members of the Security Council.
The Iranian delegate warned that any attack against Iran’s diplomatic boundaries and representatives will not be tolerated.
We will not hesitate to exercise our right under international law to protect our national and security interests.
