Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has directed to select PSL performers for the training camp for the series against New Zealand.
For the 5-match T20 series against the Kiwis, Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi had a detailed consultation with the top officials, Chief Selector Wahab Riaz, Chief Operating Officer PCB Salman Naseer, Director International Cricket and related officials participated in this meeting.
On this occasion, Mohsin Naqvi considered the names of the players for the camp at the head office while directing to select the players on merit and performance.
He said that the players who performed best in PSL 9 should be included in the camp, my recommendation should not be accepted in the selection of players for the camp.
Chief selector Wahab Riaz gave a report on the batsmen and bowlers who performed well in PSL9.
On the other hand, a squad of 25 players, including the players performing in the PSL, will be sent to the Kakul camp for military training.
