New York: Crude oil prices have recorded an increase in the global market.
Oil prices rose 2 percent yesterday to hit a one-week high. Brent futures rose $1.36, or 1.7 percent, to $80.98 a barrel, while U.S. West Texas Intermediate futures rose $1.46, or 1.9 percent, to settle at $76.99.
Analysts expect the Brent price to rise to $86 per barrel in the third quarter.
