The Lahore High Court has fixed the petition for hearing against the decision to file serious cases against PTI founder Imran Khan.
A two-member bench headed by Justice Farooq Haider will hear Imran Khan’s petition on June 10.
It should be remembered that the court has directed the Punjab government to submit its reply. Founder PTI has challenged the cabinet’s decision to file cases in the Lahore High Court.
It should be noted that on May 25, the Cabinet of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz approved more cases against other leaders of the party including the founder PTI for running a hate campaign against the army and other state institutions.
