Islamabad: The session judge has said that why are the lawyers of Khawar Manika afraid to give arguments?
In the District and Sessions Court, a hearing was held on the appeals against the conviction of founder PTI and Bushra Bibi in the Iddat marriage case.
Despite repeated summons, Bushra Bibi’s ex-husband Khawar Manika’s lawyer Raja Rizwan Abbasi did not appear.
Sessions Judge Shah Rukh Arjamand remarked that why Abbasi is afraid to give arguments? If they do not come today, we will decide on the request.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case.
