Islamabad: The frozen allowances of National Assembly Secretariat employees have been restored.
According to sources, the parliament house allowance and electricity and oil allowance of the employees have been increased. Parliament House Allowance of National Assembly Secretariat employees has been increased to 100%.
Sources say that the allowance of National Assembly Secretariat employees has also been increased in terms of fuel and electricity subsidy. The allowance for fuel electricity subsidy has been increased from 35% to 65%, the increase in allowances was approved by the Finance Committee of the National Assembly.
