The District and Sessions Courts of Islamabad acquitted several leaders including founder PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi in 2 cases related to vandalism during the Azadi March.
Judicial Magistrate Ehtesham Alam heard two cases filed against the PTI leadership for vandalism and violation of Article 144 during the Azadi March.
PTI leaders Ali Muhammad Khan and Asad Umar appeared before the court while all the accused filed acquittal pleas.
The court acquitted PTI founder Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Asad Umar, Ali Muhammad Khan, Murad Saeed from the cases.
These two cases were registered against founder PTI, Shah Mehmood Qureshi and other leaders in Golra police station.
