Motorways were closed at various places in Punjab due to fog and smog.
According to the Motorway Police spokesperson, Motorway M2 from Lahore to Kot Momin, Lahore Sialkot Motorway and Motorway M3 from Lahore to Darkhana have been closed due to fog and smog.
Apart from this, Motorway M4 is closed from Pindi Bhatian to Abdul Hakeem while Motorway M5 is closed from Multan to Sukkur.
The spokesman said that the motorways are closed to ensure public safety and safe travel, road users should prefer to travel during the maximum hours of the day.
