Rawalpindi: Federal Secretary was arrested for showing inappropriate behavior in the courtroom, the judge sentenced him to imprisonment and fine, Member Prime Minister Task Force IT and Telecom Muhammad Umar Malik appeared as a plaintiff in a case.
The court took immediate notice of the defamatory behavior and misbehavior adopted by the plaintiff who appeared in the court of Civil Judge Judicial Magistrate Adil Sarwar Sial to pursue a case. Kama was arrested from the courtroom.
The court sentenced him to 15 days imprisonment and a fine of Rs 2,000 under section 228. In case of non-payment of the fine, the Federal Secretary will have to undergo 5 more days of imprisonment.
Federal member Telecom Muhammad Umar Malik appeared in the court as a plaintiff in a case, but during the hearing, the court conducted a trial under Section 228 and sentenced him for improper and defamatory behavior and misconduct in the court.
Member IT is being transferred to Adiala Jail as per the court order, in case of non-payment of fine, Federal Member IT will have to undergo five more days of imprisonment.
