Islamabad: The review appeal of the federal government in the Faizabad sit-in case has been set for hearing.
In the Faizabad Dharna case, the Supreme Court has fixed the review appeal of the federal government for hearing. A three-member bench headed by the Chief Justice will hear on May 6.
Justice Saadat Irfan Khan and Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan are also included in the bench, the court issued notices to the concerned parties.
It should be noted that the Faizabad Dharna Commission formed by the federal government has compiled its report.
