Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court has granted bail to PTI founder Imran Khan in the 190 million pounds reference.
Chief Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri had reserved the verdict on the petition of founder PTI yesterday, which was pronounced today.
The High Court in its decision today granted bail to Imran Khan in this case and ordered him to be released while ordering him to post a surety bond of one million rupees.
It should be noted that despite the bail, PTI founder will remain in jail, he has been released on bail in this case, but PTI founder’s sentence has not been suspended in the cipher case and Iddat case.
