Earthquakes measuring 5.3 on the Richter scale were felt in the federal capital and various areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Earthquakes were felt in Islamabad, Peshawar and its suburbs, causing panic among people and they came out of buildings and offices chanting the Kalima.
Earthquakes were felt in various cities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Nowshera, Abbottabad, Haripur, Mansehra and other districts of Hazara.
In addition, earthquake tremors were also felt in Attock, Mohmand, Landi Kotal, Swabi, Tirah, Shangla, Malakand, Buner, Khyber, Swat, Lower Dir, Charsadda.
According to the Seismological Center, the magnitude of the earthquake was recorded as 5.3 on the Richter scale and the epicenter was the Hindu Kush Mountains, while the depth of the earthquake was recorded at 220 kilometers unde
