Islamabad: The federal government has decided to give a relief package to the families of the Chinese killed in the Basham attack.
The Economic Coordination Committee of the Cabinet will today review the 10-point agenda, including the approval of a relief package for Chinese families. The meeting of ECC will be held at 3 pm under the chairmanship of Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb.
In the meeting, there is a possibility of approving the provision of government support due to the financial difficulties faced by the Roosevelt Hotel New York, the provision of funds for the financial support of the Roosevelt Hotel will be considered.
The meeting is also likely to approve a technical supplementary grant of 1 billion two crore 78 lakh rupees for IRA, while the approval of the release of funds for the supply of gas to PSM to Sui Southern Gas Company will also be reviewed.
In the meeting of ECC, two summaries of technical supplementary grants of 640 million rupees for the Ministry of Home Affairs should also be reviewed.
In the meeting, it is also likely to approve the provision of a technical supplementary grant of 12 billion 361 lakh rupees to the Federal Directorate of Immunization, an organization of National Health, Regulation and Coordination. There is also a possibility of approval for providing technical supplementary grant of Rs.2 billion 21.70 lakh for power division.
