In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, exemplary cooperation between the police and the Pakistan Army against terrorism continues.
CTD Headquarters Peshawar established with the cooperation of Pakistan Army was inaugurated Corps Commander Peshawar Lieutenant General Hasan Azhar Hayat visited CTD Headquarters Peshawar and inaugurated the newly constructed building.
A modern crime scene unit, data collection data mining and forensic lab have been established in the newly constructed headquarters TD quarters.
Apart from this, the Corps Commander Peshawar also inaugurated the operation room in the Central Police Office which will play the role of a fusion center for district communication including modern monitoring. Police officials gave a detailed briefing to the Corps Commander about CTD.
The construction of headquarters will further strengthen the capacity of CTD. Corps Commander Peshawar appreciated the performance of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police and especially CTD Police against terrorism.
