ISLAMABAD: The financial advisers appointed for the privatization of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) have intensified contacts with foreign investors.
Sources say that financial advisors have contacted investors from Qatar, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia for the privatization of PIA. A briefing on the privatization of PIA was sent to global aviation investors. PIA international routes and profit potential are also being informed.
PIA’s liabilities, liabilities have been transferred to the holding company and complications in privatization of PIA have been removed for investors.
