Islamabad: After the nomination of Supreme Court judges for constitutional benches, the nomination of judges for the formation of constitutional benches in high courts has started. Chief Justice of Pakistan Yahya Afridi called the second important meeting of the Judicial Commission today.
The meeting will be held at two o’clock on the day, Thirteen members including Chief Justice Aminuddin Khan will participate in the meeting. In the meeting presided over by Chief Justice of Pakistan Yahya Afridi, the nomination of judges for the formation of constitutional benches for the Sindh High Court will be considered.
In the meeting, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, Justice Muneeb Akhtar, Prime Minister of Law Nazir Tarar, Representative of Pakistan Council Akhtar Hussain, Umar Ayub, Shibli Faraz, Senior Lawyer Farooq H. Naik, Sheikh Aftab Ahmed and Roshan Khursheed Brocha besides Justice Jamal Khan Mandukhel and Attorney General Mansoor Usman Awan will also participate.
