Tel Aviv: Today marks one year of Israel’s continuous attacks on Gaza, and not a single day has passed without a bombardment by the Zionist state.
The war began on October 7 last year when Hamas fighters entered the Jewish land in the form of sky clouds, bypassing all Israeli technology, intelligence and border security.
Hamas fighters parachuted across the border and then rode motorcycles to Israeli army installations, fighting in which 1,500 Israelis were killed while 250 officers and personnel were taken hostage and brought into Gaza.
After which Israel started brutal bombardment on Gaza, but could not demoralize Hamas, so on October 27, it entered its evil forces into Gaza, but the Israeli army faced resistance there as well.
The statistics released by the Israeli army on the completion of one year of the war show that 728 soldiers of the Zionist state were killed in this war and around 5 thousand were injured.
Similarly, 346 soldiers were killed and around 2500 were injured in the clashes between the Israeli army and Hamas in Gaza.
Over the past year, Israeli soldiers, alarmed by the spate of attacks by Hamas and Hezbollah, have mistakenly targeted their own comrades.
In a statement issued by the Israeli army, about 56 soldiers have been killed in such incidents.
In the last one year, more than 26 thousand rockets and drone attacks by Hamas and Hezbollah shook the Israeli land and the citizens took shelter in bunkers.
According to the Israeli army, 13,200 rockets were fired from Gaza in the past year, of which 5,000 were fired only on October 7. 12,400 rockets were fired from Lebanon, 60 from Syria, 180 from Yemen, and 400 from Iran.
The Israeli army claimed to have killed 17,000 insurgents in Gaza over the course of a year, including eight Hamas brigade commanders, more than 30 battalion commanders, more than 165 company commanders and similar ranks.
Over the past year, the Israeli army has also stormed the West Bank and killed 690 insurgents in 150 raids.
In the West Bank, the Israeli army arrested 5,250 Palestinians, of which 2,050 are affiliated with Hamas, while others are affiliated with Islamic Jihad and Fatah.
The statement said that the Israeli army killed 800 resistance fighters in various operations in Lebanon, including 90 of the most important commanders and senior leadership, including Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah.
The Israeli army said that over a year, it destroyed more than 4,700 tunnels in Gaza and hit 40,300 targets, while targeting 11,000 Hezbollah positions in Lebanon.
According to statistics, since the beginning of the war, about 1,000 attackers have been killed inside Israel.
In the past year, Unit 504 of Israel’s Military Intelligence Directorate interrogated nearly 7,000 Palestinians in Gaza, most of whom were arrested and brought to Israel.
The Israeli army has not yet been able to bring back its hostages safely, despite such aggression and unrelenting use of force. Most of the 250 hostages held by Hamas were killed in Israeli bombing.
On which there are ongoing nationwide protests against the Netanyahu government in Israel and they are facing intense public pressure. The Israeli people are desperate and have lost hope.
Meanwhile, Israel is also losing its international support. Many European countries have recognized Palestine as a separate state. The International Court of Justice found Israel guilty of war crimes and genocide.
Similarly, the United Nations has also been constantly condemning Israeli aggression. An allied country like France also withdrew. The last year’s war not only ended Israel’s terror but also isolated Israel diplomatically.
