The Islamabad High Court rejected the defense ministry’s report in the campaign case against Justice Babar and ordered to submit it again.
A contempt of court case was heard against Justice Babar Sattar on social media campaign and family data leak.
Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan remarked that FIA’s report is much better than ISI’s. The FI said that 16 accounts have been identified.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani said in his remarks that the people who started the campaign should be investigated.
The Islamabad High Court also ordered an investigation against the people who started the campaign against Justice Babar.
