ISLAMABAD: Member National Assembly Tariq Bashir Cheema’s membership has been restored after a brief suspension.
The membership of Tariq Bashir Cheema was suspended yesterday due to his abusive speech and harsh words about Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) National Assembly member Zartaj Gul. Tariq Bashir Cheema apologized to Zartaj Gul for the intervention of Speaker National Assembly.
The Speaker National Assembly suspended the membership of Tariq Bashir Cheema for the current session by giving approval to suspend the membership of the House by giving rolling in today’s session. The session of the National Assembly was adjourned for an indefinite period after which the membership of Tariq Bashir Cheema was restored.
