Islamabad Police arrested Chairman PTI Barrister Gohar, Member National Assembly Sher Afzal Marwat from outside Parliament.
Sher Afzal Marwat was arrested by the Kohsar police, his car was also taken into custody by the police.
Sher Afzal Marwat was arrested by SHO of Police Station Secretariat, Chairman PTI Barrister Gohar was taken to Police Station Kohsar by SH and Shafqat Faiz, Shoaib Shaheen was arrested from his office.
Sahibzada Hamid Raza, Sheikh Waqas Akram, Zain Qureshi, Naseem Ali Shah, Jamshed Dasti, Aamir Dogar, Muhammad Owais, Ahmed Chatta, Naseem Shah and Yusuf Khan among other leaders were also detained late at night.
Earlier it was reported that the Islamabad police have received orders to arrest PTI parliamentarians.
The session of the National Assembly has ended, Islamabad Police personnel are on alert, on the other hand Federal Minister of Information Attaullah Tarar says that I am not aware that any arrest is being made.
