Pakistan cricket team captain Babar Azam has equaled former Australia captain Aaron Finch’s record of captaincy in most matches in T20 cricket.
Babar Azam captained the 76th T20 International in the fifth T20 match against New Zealand.
Former Australia captain Aaron Finch also captained 76 T20 International matches.
It should be noted that the 5-match series between Pakistan and New Zealand was tied at 2-2. Pakistan defeated New Zealand by 9 runs in the last T20 match of the series.
Set a target of 179 by Pakistan, the New Zealand players could not stay on the pitch for long. In 19.2 balls the entire team was dismissed.
Tim Seifert and Josh Clarkson scored 52 and 38 runs on behalf of the Kiwi team, while captain Michael Bracewell scored 23 and Mark Chapman scored 12 runs.
National cricket team bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi took 4 wickets by giving 30 runs while Osama Mir managed to get 2 wickets. Shadab Khan and Imad Wasim took one wicket each.
