The District and Sessions Court Islamabad on May 20 called for arguments on the bail plea of six of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and one of his wife Bushra Bibi.
A pre-arrest bail application of PTI founder 6 and his wife Bushra Bibi was heard in the District and Sessions Court Islamabad.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majhuka heard the bail pleas.
On behalf of founder PTI and Bushra Bibi, lawyer Khalid Yusuf Chaudhry and Sardar Busy Advocate appeared before the court.
Lawyer Khalid Yusuf Chaudhry said that the issue of attendance of founder PTI is ready for arguments on bail applications.
On which Judge Muhammad Afzal Majjoka said that the bail application can be decided even by granting exemption from attendance.
Lawyer Khalid Yusuf Chaudhry requested that time should be set, we want to give arguments and we want a decision on bail applications.
The court called for arguments on May 20 on 6 bail pleas of founder PTI and one of Bushra Bibi.
