Leading musician AR Rahman and his wife Saira have decided to end their married life.
A statement issued by Vandana Shah and Associates said that emotional issues and differences have arisen in their relationship, which have not been able to be resolved.
The statement said: “Despite their deep love for each other, tensions and difficulties have created a gap in their relationship that is not possible to bridge at this time.”
Saira has requested the public for privacy and sympathy during this difficult time.
