Tel Aviv: Another Israeli soldier, identified as 20-year-old Sergeant Matan Vinogradov, has been killed in clashes with Hamas in Gaza.
According to the international news agency, the Israeli army attacked al-Shafa hospital in Gaza with the help of tanks. Israeli army personnel entered the hospital under constant shelling.
An Israeli army officer was killed in a clash with Hamas at al-Shafa hospital. The number of Israeli soldiers killed in Dobdo fighting with Hamas has risen to 250.
On the other hand, the Israeli army claims to have taken control of al-Shafa Hospital and said that 40 Hamas fighters were killed in this operation. However, this could not be confirmed by independent sources. 80 Palestinians were also arrested from the hospital.
It should be noted that the Israeli army announced the attacks on al-Shafa hospital yesterday, saying that Hamas fighters are organizing in the hospital and planning a new attack on Israel.
The Israeli army had also said that during the military operation on al-Shafa Hospital, the medical staff would not be stopped from working and the refugees would be moved to a safe place.
Remember that on October 7 last year, Hamas attacked Israel, as a result of which around 1500 Israelis were killed and 250 Israeli soldiers and foreigners were taken hostage and brought to Gaza.
Since then, more than 31,000 Palestinians have been martyred and more than 73,000 have been injured in Israel’s continuous bombing of Gaza. Half of the dead and injured are women and children.
