Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi has said that Chief Minister KP Ali Amin Gandapur is the official chief minister inside, he comes out and becomes the chief minister of PTI.
While giving an interview on social media, he said that the parliament, provincial assemblies, political parties and stakeholders should be taken into confidence on Operation Azam-e-Shattab. He will convey a message to the President and stakeholders in this regard.
Faisal Karim Kundi said that if political parties and stakeholders are not taken into confidence, how will the operation be successful? Terrorism has increased in the southern districts of the province and it is difficult for the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to travel to Syria in his district.
He said that he had gone to Bacha Khan center of Awami National Party (ANP). ANP also had a lot of reservations about the operation commitment and their point was right to a certain extent that if the political parties and stakeholders are not taken into confidence, how will the operation be successful?
The People’s Party leader said that PTI’s provincial president was a part of this decision, the chief minister himself was present there. Neither did they walk out, nor did they say to take my party into confidence or to take the Assembly or Parliament into confidence.
He further said that everyone comes here after signing something and later they go back, it is theft and chest pressure.
