KARACHI: Pakistan’s senior actor Adnan Siddiqui apologized for his recent statement comparing women and bees and offered an explanation.
Adnan Siddiqui shared a note on social media site Instagram story, in which he said, “I want to focus on my recent statement that I said it in a humorous way, I did not intend to offend anyone. .
The actor said that I think that my speech and words were taken wrongly, the depth of what I said jokingly was not understood but it was presented to everyone in a wrong way.
He said that because of my words, if anyone was hurt unintentionally, I am sorry for that.
Adnan Siddiqui further said that in the future I will try to convey my words directly and clearly to the fans.
It should be noted that recently Adnan Siddiqui participated in the host Nida Yasir’s program, during the conversation a bee landed on Adnan Siddiqui’s hand, on which he said that the example of women and bees is the same.
Adnan Siddiqui said that the more you run after women, the more they will run away from you and when a man sits quietly with his hand on his hand, women sit on his hand like a bee.
The actor further said that when he was trying to catch the fly, it ran away but as soon as he sat still, the fly landed on his nose.
