Mumbai: Famous actress of Indian film industry Katrina Kaif has told the story of being cast in Ranbir Kapoor’s 2008 blockbuster film ‘Bachna Ae Hussainun’ and then disappearing from the film.
According to Indian media, actress Katrina Kaif recently told in an interview that she had the fourth role in Ranbir Kapoor’s film ‘Bachna Ae Hussainun’ along with Deepika Padukone, Bipasha Basu and Manisha Lamba.
Ranbir Kapoor used to profess love for these girls and the film revolved around this story. I loved the story and after the audition I got selected as the fourth girl character.
However, Katrina Kaif says that my role was cut from the film so that Ranbir Kapoor could be featured more prominently in the film. Due to this, I could not be a part of the film despite acting in Bachna Ae Hussain.
It should be noted that Bachna Ae Hussain was directed and produced by Siddharth Anand.
