LAHORE: An employee of NCS, the company that procures trains from Pakistan Railways from Lahore to Rawalpindi, turned the Lahore railway station into a lorry base and started shouting loudly on a megaphone to sell tickets.
Taking action, the Railway Police Lahore prohibited people from disrupting the platform and making noises to buy tickets from NCS, but the employee of the company did not stop. Arrested.
A case was registered against the accused and a megaphone was also recovered from his possession.
The Lahore to Rawalpindi Rawal Express is being run in collaboration with a private company, NCS, which has also been provided with a regular space at the Lahore Railway Station to sell tickets.
In order to sell train tickets, the company employee started making loud noises through megaphone on platform number 2 of Lahore railway station, which made the station look like a lorry station, while the comfort of the passengers was also disturbed. The said employee was restrained from this action.
The railway police took the employee Rizwan into custody.
