Maharashtra: A fan who wanted to marry Bollywood’s Dabangg star Salman Khan was detained by the police.
According to Indian media reports, a 24-year-old fan from Mumbai had reached the actor’s farmhouse in Panvel, Maharashtra to catch a glimpse of Salman Khan.
The fan kept roaming around outside Salman Khan’s farmhouse, seeing the girl’s suspicious actions, people informed the police, after which the fan was taken into custody.
The 24-year-old fan told the police that she was in love with Salman Khan and wanted to marry the actor, so she came to the farmhouse to catch a glimpse of him.
On the other hand, the police say that they have handed over the fan to an NGO for counselling, after which the fan will be taken to a hospital for psychiatric treatment.
It may be noted that earlier it was reported that the Lawrence Bishnoi group was planning to target Salman Khan in a car near his farmhouse in Panvel.
A case has been registered against 4 people on the charge of planning an attack on Salman Khan, while in April 2 motorcyclists opened fire on Salman Khan’s house in Mumbai, the shooters were arrested.
It should be noted that these days Salman Khan is not in India but he is in Italy to attend the pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant.
