OPPO Reno16 Brings a Floating 3D Planet to Pakistan’s Smartphone Market
Lahore , August 25, 2026: OPPO is set to introduce a striking new visual experience to Pakistan’s smartphone market with the Reno16 Series, featuring what the company describes as Pakistan’s first HoloVerse 3D Design.
The standout feature is OPPO’s new 3D Pop Planet Design, which creates the illusion of a miniature planet floating beneath the phone’s rear glass. The effect changes as the device is tilted, giving the back panel a sense of depth and movement.
According to OPPO, the technology uses millions of microscopic lenses, with each lens carrying a tiny portion of the three-dimensional planet image. Together, these elements create a dynamic visual effect that appears to shift with the viewer’s perspective.
The concept draws on optical technology dating back more than a century. OPPO says developing the HoloVerse design required extensive experimentation and precision manufacturing, with early prototypes achieving a success rate of just one percent before the company refined the production process.
The Reno16 series also focuses on a seamless design, with the rear panel flowing into the camera area. The Reno16 features a compact 6.32-inch form factor and an aerospace-grade aluminium frame, while the Reno16 F comes with a larger 6.57-inch display.
The series will be offered in eye-catching finishes including Pop White, Twilight Violet and Dream Purple, depending on the model.
Another new accessory accompanying the series is OPPO Bubble, a lightweight 35-gram magnetic device designed to work as a remote selfie monitor. It can help users check their framing while taking photos and can also function as a remote shutter from a distance of up to 10 metres.
OPPO Bubble additionally allows users to personalize its display with photos, animations and colors.
The OPPO Reno16 Series is scheduled to launch across Pakistan on August 31, 2026, bringing a combination of 3D-inspired design, compact hardware and new photography accessories to the country’s smartphone market.
For OPPO, the Reno16 Series is positioned as more than a conventional color refresh, with the HoloVerse-powered rear design intended to give users a distinctive visual experience every time they pick up the phone.
