Electricity of Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) was disconnected due to non-payment of bill.
According to the sources, Pakistan Hockey Federation did not pay the electricity bill of more than 69 lakhs, on which action was taken by LESCO.
The power bill of the Punjab Hockey Association office is Rs 5 lakh, its electricity has also been cut. The staff in the offices have informed the PHF officials about the power cut.
It is likely that payment of the bill will be made possible on Monday after the money is arranged.
According to the PHF officials who are crying about the lack of funds, efforts will be made to restore electricity as soon as possible.
