Mumbai: Bollywood actress Tripathi Dumri has reacted to the controversy surrounding her non-participation in the Nari Shakti event organized by FICCI Flow in Jaipur.
The organizers of the event had alleged that the actress did not attend the event despite her promise to attend and charged a fee of Rs 5.5 lakh. However, Tripathi has denied the allegations.
A statement released by Tripathi’s spokesperson said that the actress has fulfilled all professional obligations during the promotional campaign of her film ‘Viki Vidya Ka Veh Wala Video’ in Jaipur.
The spokesperson clarified that Tripathi did not promise to participate in any additional events and did not accept any additional fees or payments.
During the event, a video went viral in which participants were seen breaking Tripathi’s posters and calling for their boycott.
