New York: The national team will face Canada today in the International Cricket Council (ICC) T20 World Cup 2024.
In the 22nd match of the T20 World Cup, the teams of Pakistan and Canada will face each other at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York. The match will start at 7:30 pm Pakistan time.
After the defeat to USA and India, the national team’s access to the Super 8 stage looks difficult. After losing 2 matches, Pakistan will now have to depend on other teams to reach the next stage. Pakistan needs to win the remaining 2 matches and USA lose both matches to reach the Super 8 stage.
Pakistan has to play next 2 matches against Canada and Ireland while USA has to compete against India and Ireland.
If the host wins one more match, they will qualify for the Super 8 stage. In case of victory of Ireland and India against America, Pakistan’s match against Ireland will be knocked out.
