The case of fake bank accounts against President Asif Zardari was filed in the office.
The banking court heard the fake bank account case against the President, Faryal Talpur and others. The lawyer of the President of the State said that the case against Asif Zardari cannot be heard as long as he is the President, on which the court said that the case against Asif Zardari will not be heard as long as he is the President.
Faryal Talpur did not appear in the court and an application was filed on her behalf, in which it was argued that Faryal Talpur is busy due to the assembly session and therefore should be exempted from attendance.
The court admitted the case against President Zardari and adjourned the hearing of the case till July 9.
