KARACHI: PIA spokesperson Abdullah Hafeez Khan says that they are ready to operate flights to Paris next month and UK in August.
According to the spokesperson of PIA, direct flights from Pakistan to the UK were stopped in 2020, but there is a strong possibility that the national airline will get permission from the international organization IASA in a phased manner this month. Flights will be started.
A direct flight from Pakistan to Britain’s Heathrow Airport will start on August 14. PIA has also accelerated the repair work of 777 aircraft for Europe and UK, currently 7 triple seven aircraft are operational.
According to PIA spokesperson, 2 more 777-built aircraft will become part of the operation after being activated in the next month, through the 9 Triple Seven aircraft included in the fleet, the air operations of Europe and the United Kingdom can be conducted in a better way.
