The District and Sessions Courts Islamabad extended the interim bail till May 16 in a case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi.
Imran Khan’s lawyer Khalid Yusuf Chaudhry appeared in court.
After the transfer of Additional Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Supra, the appointment of the judge could not be done yet.
The interim bails of former Prime Minister Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi were extended till May 16.
The subordinate staff adjourned the hearing on PTI founder Bushra Bibi’s bail application till May 16 due to non-availability of the judge.
