Khawar Manika and Salman Akram Raja exchanged bitter words during the hearing on PTI founder Imran Khan’s appeal against the sentence in the Nikah case.
District and Sessions Court Islamabad Judge Shahrukh Arjamand heard the appeals of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi against the sentence in the Nikah case in Iddat. Complainant Khawar Manika and Imran Khan’s lawyer Salman Akram Raja appeared in the court.
Khawarmanika expressed her lack of confidence in Judge Shah Rukh Arjamand and said that my family has been destroyed, if this happens to your house, I don’t think I will get justice, you should transfer this case.
On this the judge said how did you think this, is there any proof, I show sympathy for PTI? Tell me what is the charge? For the first time in my career of 21 years, I objected.
Khawar Manika said that it has become known that Judge Bushra will acquit Bibi and ex-chairman PTI.
On this occasion, bitter sentences were exchanged between Khawarmanika and Imran Khan’s lawyer Salman Akram Raja. Salman Akram said about Khawarmanika that this person is an extreme liar. So they started throwing shit.
Khawar Manika said about Zulfi Bukhari that why is he sending messages to my house and phone calls to my daughters?
Judge Shah Rukh Arjamand said that when a party comes out after the case, they say that the judge has taken the money, there is an appeal stage, I cannot transfer the case to someone else.
The Sessions Judge said that the case has been heard to this extent, the case cannot be transferred to any other court, according to Section 528 only the High Court can do anything in this matter.
