Mumbai: Legendary Indian comedian Kapil Sharma has said that he cried all night after missing the phone call of world famous musician and singer AR Rahman.
According to Kapil Sharma, he was out of the country and therefore could not receive the phone, AR Rahman wanted to make him a part of the film ‘Amar Singh Chamkila’.
The comedian said that when he later met AR Rahman, he told him that he was calling him for the film ‘Amar Singh Chamkila’.
Director of Media Sources, Imtiaz Ali wanted that if Diljit Dosanjh was not available for the lead role, then the role should be given to Kapil Sharma.
