KARACHI: Despite the rise in global gold prices, there is stability in local gold prices.
In the international bullion market, the price of gold rose by $2 to $2,187 per ounce.
Meanwhile, despite the rise in global prices, the price of 24-karat gold per tola remained unchanged at Rs 228,200 and the price of gold per 10 grams remained unchanged at Rs 195,645 in local bullion markets on Monday.
Similarly, the price of silver per tola in the country remained unchanged at 2580 rupees and the price of silver per 10 grams remained unchanged at 2211.93 rupees.
