Islamabad: The Anti-Terrorism Court of Islamabad has granted interim bail to Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur in the judicial complex vandalism case.
Chief Minister KP’s lawyer Raja Zahoorul Hasan told the court that Ali Amin Gandapur is named in the FIR, but his role is irrelevant as he was not present at the time.
According to lawyer Raja Zahoor-ul-Hasan, 50 FIRs have been registered against Ali Amin Gandapur, Ali Amin Gandapur is not even allowed to reach the court.
The court granted interim bail till April 17, while ordering the deposit of 50,000 rupees.
Earlier, the petitioner approached the court and took the stand that Ali Amin Gandapur is being dragged into a false FIR, the story narrated in the FIR is fabricated and baseless. Petitioner is a law abiding citizen and has no criminal record.
According to the petitioner, the petitioner is also willing to be included in the investigation of the case.
