ISLAMABAD: Ministry of Law has issued the notification of dismissal of Mazahir Naqvi and withdrawn the notification of his resignation as a judge.
According to the notification issued, the Supreme Judicial Council declared Mazahar Naqvi guilty of judicial misconduct, after which the notification of resignation of Mazahar Naqvi as a judge has been withdrawn and now a notification has been issued that Mazahar Naqvi was dismissed as a result of the opinion of the Supreme Judicial Council.
The notification of dismissal of Mazahir Naqvi has been sent to all concerned institutions and ministries, the dismissal of Mazahir Naqvi will be effective from 10 January 2024
