Karachi: The best symbolic XI of the 9th edition of HBL Pakistan Super League has been selected.
Shadab Khan of the champion side Islamabad United has been appointed as the captain, 5 players of runner-up Multan Sultans, 3 of Islamabad United, 2 of Peshawar Zalmi and one player of Karachi Kings managed to make a place, this team was selected by Usman Wahla (Director International Cricket), the independent members included commentators Danny Morrison, Mark Butcher, Arooj Mumtaz and Tariq Saeed.
Under the captaincy of 25-year-old Shadab, Islamabad United won the third HBLPSL title, he was named the best player of the tournament for his all-round performance, he scored 305 runs in 12 matches and took 14 wickets.
