Oil prices rose by 3 percent in the global market due to tensions in the Middle East. British crude oil became more expensive by 2.63 dollars.
The new price of British oil was recorded at 89.74 dollars per barrel, while US crude oil rose 2.56 dollars to 84.66 dollars per barrel.
It should be noted that the price of Brent futures increased by 29 cents yesterday, on Thursday the price of Brent futures increased by 29 cents or 0.3%, after which the new price reached the level of 87.58 dollars per barrel.
U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures were up 20 cents, or 0.2 percent, at $82.89 a barrel yesterday.
Oil prices had been on a downward trend amid tensions in the Middle East, however, the streak was finally broken and the price has recorded a rise since Thursday.
