Islamabad: PTI founder Imran Khan withdrew his objections to the appointment of a new judge in the 190 million pound case.
A 190 million pound case was heard in Rawalpindi court against Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi. Founder PTI and Bushra Bibi were present in the court room. NAB Prosecutor General Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi, Amjad Parvez, PTI founder lawyers Zaheer Abbas Chaudhary, Usman Gul and others also appeared.
The Islamabad High Court issued a notification for the appointment of a new judge, after which the lawyers of founder PTI and Bushra Bibi withdrew their objections to the appointment of a new judge of the accountability court.
The case was heard by the new judge of the Accountability Court, Mohammad Ali Waraich, but during the hearing, the statement of no witness could be recorded today. The hearing of the £190 million reference was later adjourned until June 14.
