Islamabad: The birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is being celebrated today on 12th Rabi’ul Awwal with religious devotion and respect. The federal and provincial governments have declared a public holiday on this day.
Celebration of Eid Milad-ul-Nabi ﷺ in streets, neighborhoods and markets across the country. Decorated with beautiful lights, electric lamps and green flags. While public and private buildings have also been illuminated. Along with this, arches and decorative gates have also been installed in many markets and highways.
The lovers are expressing their devotion to the Lord by making beautiful models of the Prophet’s house, the Kaaba and the Prophet’s Mosque. In connection with Eid Milad-ul-Nabi (PBUH), gatherings of greetings and salutations and reciting naats are being organized in small and large cities and towns of the country. While conferences and seminars on the Prophet’s Prophet (peace be upon him) will also be held. In which the life of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and the great efforts made for the elevation of Islam will be made the subject.
On the occasion of Eid Milad-ul-Nabi, processions will be taken out across the country. In which the participants will read Durood Pak all the way. In connection with the celebration of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH), arrangements will also be made to distribute Niaz throughout the country.
Scholars say that love and devotion to Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (PBUH) is required. That the good deeds of your Prophet (PBUH) should not be mentioned. Rather, a person can become a leader in this world and the hereafter only by following the teachings of the Prophet.
Police and other law enforcement agencies have made foolproof security arrangements on the occasion of 12th Rabi’ul Awwal. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar has ordered to provide full security for Eid Milad-ul-Nabi celebrations across the province including Lahore.
He said that full security will be provided for the celebration of Eid Milad-ul-Nabi across the province including Lahore. Security will be on high alert while keeping a close watch on miscreants and anti-national elements.
