ISLAMABAD: The Central Directorate of National Savings (CDNS) has achieved savings of Rs 1.515 trillion through the issuance of new bonds.
A CDNS official told “APP” that as of May 26, the directorate has achieved savings of Rs 1.515 trillion through the issuance of new bonds, which is 85 percent of the overall target for the current fiscal year. For the current financial year, the institution has set a target of savings of 1.742 trillion.
He said that the ATM facility has already been provided to the customers and a target of saving 75 billion rupees under Islamic finance has been set for the current financial year.
