LAHORE: The reserved decision on interim bails in three cases of Founder Chairman PTI Imran Khan will be pronounced today.
In the case of Jinnah House, Askari Tower and Shadman police station, the decision on interim bail will be pronounced today. Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Khalid Arshad reserved the verdict after the arguments of the lawyers were completed.
During the hearing, the prosecution had pleaded to oppose the bails of founder PTI and to reject the bails. Imran Khan’s lawyer had pleaded with the court that the cases would be filed to target political revenge, so bail should be granted.
It should be noted that police station Sarwar Road, Gulberg and Shadman police station have registered cases against the founding chairman of PTI.
